According to the structure, the tact switch can be divided into three types: amplifier separation type, amplifier built-in type and power supply built-in type.

Tact micro switch

(1) Amplifier separate type tact switch is to separate the amplifier from the sensor, and is made by an ASIC and a hybrid mounting process. Since the sensor has ultra-small and muti-variety characteristics, the amplifier has many functions. Therefore, this type adopts the terminal block connection mode, and can be handed over, and the DC power supply is common. With on-off and off-delay function, it can set bright, sound-switching switch, can control 6 kinds of output states, and has two output modes: contact and level.

(2) The built-in type of amplifier is to integrate the amplifier and the sensor, and is made by an ASIC and a surface mount process, and operates with a DC power supply. Its response speed (with 0.1 milliseconds and 1 millisecond) can detect small and high-speed moving objects. Change the polarity of the power supply to switch between bright and dark, and set the self-diagnosis stable working area indicator. It has two output modes of voltage and current, which can prevent mutual interference and is very convenient in system installation.

(3) Tactile switch The built-in tact switch is a combination of an amplifier, a sensor and a power supply device, and is fabricated by an ASIC and a surface mount process. It generally uses AC power, which is suitable for replacing the contact type switch at the production site and can be directly used in the high-power control circuit. It can also set the self-diagnosis stable working area indicator. The output is equipped with SSR solid state relay or relay normally open, normally closed contact to prevent mutual interference and can be installed tightly in the system.
